The Lawnmowers
I play with a bluegrass band called the Lawnmowers. Here is our web site.
This is us playing the great swing classic, Minor Swing.
The band is Dave Hellens on banjo, Andrew Clermont on mandolin and fiddle, Liz Frencham on double bass, Rob Long on guitar and myself on harmonica. We have had some stellar guests, including Lucy Langham on flute and Tania Elizabeth on fiddle.
We live in different parts of the country (Australia!), and get together at festivals. Check out the Video Diary for (lots of) details. Being on stage with the Lawnmowers is exhilarating - things move fast.
Our music is American bluegrass left out in the Australian sun for too long... We like it that way.
