Tamworth Country Music Festival 2007

The Tamworth County Music Festival is held every January, in Tamworth, NSW, Australia. It is the biggest country music festival in Australia, and lasts for 10 days, with many thousands attending.

The Lawnmowers were busy at this festival. Every night, we played at the "Andrew Clermont Supper Club", as you can see above. Below is a video of us at the Supper Club. Notice that Andrew Clermont, the violin player, also plays a "didgeridoo" solo in this tune.

Here we are playing a show at the Tamworth Town Hall, to about 1500 people.

Many bands play on the street at the festival. Here is a band called Pirate Brides.

Here is Juzzie Smith, a well known Australian harmonica player. Juzzie also plays on the street at the festival, and does very well!

At the festival, every bar has a band playing in it. This photo shows Andy Baylor's Cajun Combo, a popular band from Melbourne Australia. They play at the Southgate Inn, and the room is always full.
